Every person is made in God's image and is loved by God. We are called to love our neighbors in the same way that God loves them.

As God's people our task is simple but not easy. We are to be disciples who make disciples.
Welcome to FPO
We are so glad you found us. We are a multi-generational church who care deeply about both young and old. Speaking of old, would you believe that our congregation has been around since 1867? We have several of the founding families still worshiping among us!
We also love kids and babies, and honestly don't mind at all if they stay with you in the service—even the noisy ones 😉
And how about those teenagers? We have a great leader for our young people. You should come and meet him.
Anyway, if you're looking for a church that takes the Bible seriously, stands up for justice issues, and loves singing and eating, then you've found your church home.
WHO IS FPO?
FPO stands for First Presbyterian Oostburg. We are, as the name suggests, Presbyterian, and part of ECO denomination. We are evangelical, Reformed theologically, and presbyterian in the way we govern ourselves. We are about 200 members strong and are a mix of ages.
WHAT TO EXPECT AT FPO?
At FPO, we wear what we want, we're a blend of formality and spontaneity, we have relevant preaching, old songs and new songs, childcare and nursery available, unofficially reserved pews, and of course—free coffee or tea.
